My all time favorite activity in Bangkok is BIKE RIDES through the city.

There are so many beautiful temples in Bangkok, my two favorite ones:
1. WAT ARUN (The temple of dawn).
This temple sits on the edge of the Chao Phraya River so you need to get there via ferry. It has beautiful ceramic-tiled architecture and breathtaking views of the Bangkok skyline.
2. The Golden Mount - built on an artificial hill, it is the only temple with vantage points to see the Old City views. There are beautiful bells on the walk up, and the base is lined with a great outdoor market.
